Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Subject to change per business needs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and customer equipment against accompanying paperwork.

Put away materials and equipment in their designated locations in a timely manner.

Process returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, following all special instructions.

Cut, spool, and prepare cable for shipment in accordance with company guidelines.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently; perform safety checks and maintain required certifications.

Use ERP systems or warehouse management tools to record transactions and support operations.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety and company standards.

Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Present a neat and professional image at all times.

Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.

Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other required technologies.

Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient facility.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong English language skills (verbal and written) are essential.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.

Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Punctual, dependable, and organized.
