Founded in 2018, NXTRND (short for “Next Trend”) is an innovative football accessories and

equipment brand based in Montreal. We're athlete-obsessed, designing gear players actually

You will work closely with our internal sales, operations, product, marketing, and finance teams to support account needs, coordinate launches, manage opportunities, and ensure our retail partners receive a high level of service.

The role will also be responsible for developing and managing distributor relationships as NXTRND expands into new markets, as well as supporting sales presentations, trade shows, retailer meetings, and industry events. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, comfortable building relationships, and motivated by growing accounts and creating long-term partnerships.

Manage and develop relationships with distributors as NXTRND expands into new markets and territories

Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing management of distributor partners

Represent NXTRND at trade shows, industry events, retailer meetings, sales events, and brand activations

Collaborate with the marketing team on retailer-specific campaigns, merchandising, and launch initiatives

Gather feedback and market intelligence from retailers and distributors for internal discussions

Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, forecasts, meeting notes, and follow-up activities
