Nearly 50% of the global population is at risk of, or already living with, a metabolic disorder such as obesity or type 2 diabetes. Breakthrough treatments now exist, but too many people can't access the support they need to succeed on them. At nymble, we believe great care shouldn't depend on where you live, what language you speak, or what device you own.

nymble is the behavioural layer for metabolic care. We deliver clinically supervised, automated behavioural support that helps people succeed on treatment and stay on it. We meet people where they already are: over SMS, WhatsApp, or through an API plugged into our partners' ecosystems, with no app required. That's how we make high-quality support accessible to every patient, and scalable for every partner.

The role

As Partner Success Manager, you'll be the person who makes our partnerships grow and thrive. You'll own the delivery of programs across our customer base, help those relationships succeed, and bring what you learn from partners back into our product and go-to-market strategy.

Our goal is to delight our partners: unlocking value for them and going the extra mile every time. You'll be at the centre of that.

This is a role for someone who wants range. You'll spend most of your time on partner delivery and growth, with real exposure to product, sales and marketing. You'll be deeply integrated across the team and work closely with the co-founders of the company as well.

What you'll do

Deliver on partner programs

Lead the day-to-day delivery of customers from kickoff to launch and beyond, including timelines, milestones, check-ins and reporting
Coordinate across our clinical, engineering and data teams to keep programs on track
Anticipate risks early and solve problems before they become escalations
Create onboarding and implementation playbooks so every new program launches faster than the last

Grow our existing partnerships

Build trusted relationships with partner teams and understand what success looks like for them
Work with partners across time zones and markets, supporting our growing global footprint
Track program outcomes and turn them into clear, compelling reporting
Identify opportunities to expand programs into new populations, markets or offerings

Shape the product

Be the voice of our partners internally, translating their needs into clear requirements for our product and engineering teams
Help configure and launch partner-specific programs on our platform
Contribute to how we package and scale our offerings

Support sales and marketing

Help prepare proposals, pricing materials and pitch decks for new opportunities
Turn partner successes into case studies and content with our marketing team
Represent nymble at partner meetings and industry events

What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of professional experience in client delivery, customer success, partnerships or a similar role
Proven project management experience, including managing scope, timelines and stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects
A customer-focused mindset: you genuinely care about your partners' success and take pride in going the extra mile
Experience in health tech, digital health, pharma services or B2B software is an asset
Comfort with technical concepts - you don't need to code, but you're at ease with APIs, data and product tools
Comfort and passion for working with agentic tools and processes
Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple programs at once
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building things from scratch
Curiosity about product, sales and marketing, and a desire to grow across functions
Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events

Bonus points

Startup or scale-up experience
You have a good eye for design
You can speak multiple languages!
Familiarity with metabolic health, obesity or chronic disease care
