We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in our Kemptville warehouse. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse functions, including receiving, packing, picking, and shipping orders, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a hands-on approach to maintaining efficient warehouse operations. You will work closely with the broader Operations team to ensure orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Compensation: $47,000-$50,000 annually.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company standards, enforcing safety protocols, and conducting routine upkeep to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
Load, unload, and deliver materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling, securing items during transport, and maintaining a professional standard of service to customers and partners.
Support an efficient warehouse layout by organizing materials, optimizing space utilization, and contributing to continuous improvements that streamline workflow.
Accurately pack and ship internal fulfilment (IF) orders, ensuring all outgoing shipments are properly documented, labeled, and meet compliance standards.
Tag all skids and pallets with corresponding IF or purchase order (PO) identifiers for precise tracking and effective inventory control.
Maintain and organize parts stock, monitoring inventory levels, performing regular counts, and ensuring storage areas are tidy, accessible, and compliant with safety standards.
Verify all incoming deliveries against accompanying paperwork, promptly resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for audit and tracking purposes.
Provide assistance and collaboration with fellow Warehouse Associates to support overall team efficiency.

What You Bring

A high-school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution centre environment, including the use of WMS software and RF scanners
A valid forklift license, and previous experience with a forklift
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
The ability to bend, lift, crouch, kneel and life up to 75lbs
The ability to stand for long periods of time
