About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who can own the overall marketing strategy of the brand and, most importantly, ensure that the strategy translates into measurable business results.

This person will act as the central link between strategy, creative, paid media, e-commerce, CRM, promotions, product launches, internal teams and external partners across the entire marketing ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who deeply understands the realities of a B2C / e-commerce business, has a strong command of key performance metrics, and can turn data into decisions and decisions into well-executed action plans.

This is not purely a strategy role, nor is it simply a coordination position. We are looking for someone who is highly accountable, results-driven and hands-on, with the ability to develop the strategy while also actively contributing to its execution.

The Mission

The Brand & Growth Manager will be the guardian of the brand's marketing strategy, KPIs and business performance.

This person will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned toward the same objectives, with clear priorities, timelines, ownership and measurable outcomes.

They should constantly be able to answer three questions:

Where are we going?

How are we going to get there?

Are the initiatives we are executing actually generating the expected results?

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

Develop and maintain the overall marketing strategy based on the company's growth, profitability and brand positioning objectives.

Build and manage:

weekly marketing plans;

monthly marketing plans;

quarterly marketing plans;

annual marketing plans.

Develop marketing, promotional, content and launch calendars.

Define priorities and objectives for each marketing initiative.

Translate business objectives into concrete and executable marketing strategies.

Continuously identify new opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, retention and optimization.

Performance & KPIs

Own the tracking, analysis and improvement of the company's core marketing and business performance metrics, including:

acquisition ROAS;

retention ROAS;

CAC / New Customer CAC;

LTV;

LTV:CAC;

MER / Blended ROAS;

AOV;

conversion rate;

repeat purchase rate;

purchase frequency;

customer retention;

contribution margin;

revenue per customer;

acquisition cost by channel;

campaign performance;

creative performance;

CRM / email / SMS performance;

promotional and product launch performance.

Establish performance targets with leadership and ensure that internal teams and external partners are operating against those targets.

Identify performance gaps quickly and implement corrective action plans.

This person must be able to review the results and clearly articulate:

What is working.

What is not working.

Why.

And what needs to change.

Acquisition & Paid Media

Work closely with media agencies and partners to ensure acquisition strategies are aligned with company objectives.

Evaluate the performance of Meta, Google and other acquisition channels.

Ensure budgets are deployed according to appropriate CAC, ROAS, profitability and growth targets.

Challenge agency recommendations when necessary.

Ensure a structured testing strategy is in place across:

creative;

hooks;

offers;

audiences;

landing pages;

messaging;

advertising concepts.

Ensure campaign learnings are continuously incorporated into future marketing initiatives.

Brand Management

Act as the guardian of the brand and its positioning.

Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including:

paid advertising;

website;

social media;

email;

packaging;

promotions;

communications;

influencer marketing;

retail;

events;

marketing materials.

Develop and maintain brand and marketing guidelines.

Ensure that tone of voice, messaging, visuals and campaigns remain aligned with the brand positioning.

Campaign & Marketing Calendar Management

Develop comprehensive marketing briefs for every campaign.

For each initiative, clearly define:

objective;

target audience;

consumer insight;

key message;

value proposition;

offer;

creative concept;

channels;

KPIs;

timeline;

owners;

deliverables.

Lead key promotional periods, commercial moments and product launches.

Ensure all teams receive the required information early enough to execute effectively.

Marketing Ecosystem Coordination

Act as the central point of coordination between:

leadership;

marketing team;

media agency;

designers;

content creators;

e-commerce;

CRM;

influencer marketing;

sales;

operations;

external partners.

Ensure strategic decisions are clearly communicated and properly executed across all teams.

Maintain rigorous follow-up on ownership, deadlines and deliverables.

Identify roadblocks quickly and take action to keep projects moving.

Creative & Content

Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing marketing concepts.

Be able to evaluate a creative, advertisement or campaign not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also based on its ability to:

capture attention;

communicate the value proposition quickly;

strengthen the brand;

generate clicks;

drive conversions.

A strong visual eye and the ability to work with design tools are considered significant assets.

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and present a clear marketing dashboard to track overall business and marketing performance.

Establish:

Weekly Marketing Review

Weekly results, learnings, issues and priorities.

Monthly Marketing Review

Performance by channel, acquisition, retention, creative, promotions and growth opportunities.

Quarterly Marketing Review

Strategic analysis, growth, profitability, trends and upcoming priorities.

Annual Marketing Plan

Objectives, budgets, calendar, strategy, launches, promotions and growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

strong experience in B2C marketing, ideally e-commerce or consumer products;

an excellent understanding of performance marketing metrics;

demonstrated ability to manage both strategy and execution;

a strong understanding of the full customer journey, from acquisition through retention;

the ability to analyze data and turn insights into decisions;

strong project management and prioritization skills;

rigorous execution standards;

excellent writing and communication skills;

strong creative judgment;

the ability to work across multiple teams, agencies and partners simultaneously;

a strong sense of ownership and accountability for business results.

The Person We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply presents ideas or delegates execution.

We are looking for someone who can move from a performance dashboard to a creative brief, from a marketing calendar to campaign analysis, and then work directly with the teams involved to ensure initiatives are actually executed.

Someone who asks questions.

Who challenges.

Who verifies.

Who follows through.

Who corrects course when necessary.

And who ensures projects are completed properly.

The ideal candidate has an owner's mindset and considers marketing performance to be their responsibility.

Key Assets

The following are considered strong assets:

Shopify experience;

strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads;

CRM / email / SMS experience;

Klaviyo experience;

experience in a DTC business;

experience in food, beverage, wellness or CPG;

experience with analytics and reporting tools;

understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization;

strong visual and art-direction sensibility;

ability to use Canva, Figma, Adobe or other creative tools;

understanding of how AI can be integrated into marketing, creative and productivity workflows.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role will not be measured only by the number of projects completed.

It will be measured by the ability to generate measurable improvements in the overall performance of the brand, including:

revenue growth;

profitable new customer acquisition;

improved CAC;

improved ROAS;

increased LTV;

increased repeat purchase rate;

improved conversion rate;

improved creative performance;

promotional effectiveness;

execution against marketing calendars;

brand consistency;

overall quality of campaign execution.
