  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
  • Drug & Alcohol: Able to pass drug and alcohol testing when required by the project or site.

Additional Assets

  • Relevant Construction Experience: Previous hands-on experience in concrete, civil, earthworks, carpentry, equipment operation, or general construction.
  • Mixer Truck: Experience operating concrete mixer trucks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Experience troubleshooting and performing routine operator maintenance on concrete pumps or similar equipment.
  • Safety Training: CSO, H2S Alive, First Aid, or other relevant site safety training.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

  • Compensation: $35-45/hour, based on experience and capability.
  • Schedule: Variable based on concrete pours. Saturdays and Sundays may be required, with weekdays off when the schedule shifts.
