Civil Estimator | Relocation to Fort St. John Required
Fort St. John, BC | $100,000 - $140,000 | Full-Time, Year-Round | In Office
The Role
This position is based full-time in Fort St. John, BC. Candidates applying from outside the area must be willing to relocate to Fort St. John. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Our client is hiring a Civil Estimator to take ownership of estimates from the initial tender package through final bid submission. This opportunity is open to experienced intermediate and senior estimators, with compensation based on capability and experience.
You’ll estimate a broad mix of civil, municipal infrastructure, commercial, and light industrial projects, rather than being limited to one narrow project type. Typical projects range from approximately $2M - $5M, with opportunities to pursue larger projects valued up to $20M.
For an estimator who wants more responsibility, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on what the company pursues, how projects are priced, and how the business expands into larger civil work.
Our client is an established, family-owned general contractor based in Fort St. John, serving Northern BC since 1999.
