🎯 Our Mission: Our mission is clear. In the race to zero emissions, our research, advisory and technical expertise and industry-firsts are supporting a safe, sustainable maritime energy transition. Today we are a leading provider of classification and compliance services to the marine and offshore industries, helping our clients design, construct and operate their assets to accepted levels of safety and environmental compliance.

Align with internal stakeholders including Sales, Support, and Implementation teams

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Contribute to and execute the product roadmap for TM Master
Identify opportunities for innovation in maintenance, compliance, procurement, and vessel performance
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision

Domain Expertise & Compliance

Leverage knowledge of maritime operations (planned maintenance systems, safety, compliance)
Ensure product alignment with industry regulations (e.g., ISM, class requirements, audits)
Stay informed on trends in digital shipping, IoT, and fleet optimisation

Data & Continuous Improvement

Define and track product KPIs (adoption, performance, customer satisfaction)
Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve features
Champion continuous improvement and product excellence

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
