Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, masonry, locksmith and ceiling-grid or tile repairs where required
Provide general handyman services, including relevant L8 duties.
Support and assist the wider maintenance team (supervisor and engineers) with other facilities-related work when required.
Ensure an appropriate safe system of work is in place before starting each activity.
Make sure all work is completed safely and that sites are maintained to the required standards.
Liaise with subcontractors, cleaning teams and security colleagues to support the effective management of each site.
Maintain accurate records and update work orders using the provided tablet and systems.
Support out of hours work where required (with relevant notice)

About You
