Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline generation, and meeting creation across client programs. This role is focused on identifying relevant prospects, engaging them through structured outreach, qualifying interest based on defined criteria, and handing over sales-ready opportunities to the respective sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, comfortable with outbound motions, and able to work across lead lists, inbound signals, and CRM-based workflows.

Responsibilities:

Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns
Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels
Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria
Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms
Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows
Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion
Share insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and messaging performance
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline contribution targets

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound prospecting
Experience using CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, SmartLead, 11x, or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume lead engagement in a structured environment
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Good understanding of lead qualification and handoff processes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B sales, advertising, media, SaaS, or marketing-led outbound environments
Familiarity with lead scoring, sales workflows, and SQL qualification models
Exposure to working with event leads, marketing leads, and lapsed customer lists
