Your Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and service delivery of the Key Accounts department.
Supervise the implementation and publication of transportation rates for key accounts.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain operational quality standards and minimize operational risks.
Ensure timely processing, billing, reconciliation, and file closure.
Manage employee performance and foster a positive work environment.
Resolve operational issues and customer concerns, including billing disputes.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and work methods.
Promote OEC’s culture, values, and customer service philosophy.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate rates and service agreements.
Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Assist with collection activities and departmental projects as required.

What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
Experience in team supervision, management, or coordination.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
