Manage the publication, monitoring, updating, and removal of job postings across relevant job boards, employment platforms, and academic institutions to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Research and identify new recruitment opportunities, outreach strategies, events, partnerships, and platforms to support organizational staffing needs.
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, candidate engagement initiatives, and external communications in collaboration with the HR team.

Plan, coordinate, and represent OFNTSC at job fairs, career fairs, trade shows, community events, school visits, and other recruitment and employment-related initiatives.
Organize and deliver career presentations, information sessions, and employment-related engagement activities in collaboration with educational institutions and community organizations.
Coordinate event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, scheduling, and promotional activities, while collaborating with colleagues, guest speakers, and presenters to ensure successful event delivery.
Maintain and monitor promotional materials and inventory, recommend new promotional items, and coordinate reordering to ensure availability for recruitment events and outreach activities.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including maintaining recruitment records, organizing documentation, coordinating meetings, responding to inquiries, and assisting with other HR administrative duties as required.
Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage event schedules and logistics to support efficient departmental operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, and ensure compliance with OFNTSC policies and procedures.
Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings and provide administrative support, including preparing meeting minutes and maintaining related documentation.

Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Human Resources is considered an asset. If not currently held, they must be willing to obtain it through continued education or training.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Conditions:
