Assist with procurement activities, including preparing scopes of work, technical specifications, requests for proposals, and consultant evaluation documentation.
Maintain accurate project records, contract documentation, financial tracking, and project files in accordance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
Develop and implement project management processes, quality assurance measures, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Promote a culture of safety, ethical practice, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance across all engineering activities and projects.
Develop and maintain respectful and collaborative working relationships with First Nations communities, consultants, contractors, funding agencies, and government partners.
