Overview:
Working under direct supervision of the Team Leader, Depot, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 1 is responsible for diagnosing, fixing, upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels.

We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen. All it takes is finding the right combination of tech hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services. That’s what we do. We’re the IT Department’s IT Department.

Follow work instructions, verify hardware and software compatibility and version levels, and complete other assigned duties or projects.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. CompTIA A+ or ITF+ certification is preferred, or must be obtained within six months of hire.
