Original job description

Title: Community Manager

Reports to: Property Manager

Department: Property Management

Temporary Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

Be the person who brings the whole community together.

Great property management is about more than keeping a building running. It’s about creating a place where people feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of.

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for residents and a key part of the on-site team. You’ll build relationships, solve problems, keep communication flowing, coordinate resident experiences, and make sure the day-to-day details are handled with care. From helping a new resident settle in to responding to a concern, organizing community events, or coordinating a move-in or move-out, you’ll have a direct impact on the resident experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, organized, proactive, and confident handling a busy day with plenty of moving pieces. You know how to listen, communicate clearly, stay calm when things get complicated, and follow through until the job is done.

If you genuinely enjoy working with people, take pride in creating a positive community experience, and want a role where no two days are exactly the same, we’d love to meet you.

At Old Oak:

We demonstrate integrity in everything we do
We keep our people, our customers, and our community as our priority
We are a company where people want to be
