Original job description

Title: Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Department: Operations

You're the person who knows how to fix it.

You’re hands-on, technically minded, and enjoy figuring out what’s wrong and getting things working again. As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our buildings, suites, and common areas safe, functional, and well-maintained - from troubleshooting mechanical issues and tackling repairs to preparing suites for new residents and responding to urgent maintenance requests. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently, with the skills and judgment to find practical solutions and the pride to do the job right. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in quality workmanship, and understand that great maintenance is just as much about people as it is about repairs, we’d love to have you on our team.

At Old Oak:

We demonstrate integrity in everything we do
We keep our people, our customers, and our community as our priority
We are a company where people want to be

What We Offer:

Certified Great Place to Work®
Competitive wage structure
A company that gives back to the local community
Room for future growth and advancement
A friendly, fun, and safe team-oriented work environment
