Company Description The Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel is Niagara Falls’ only historic boutique hotel, blending heritage charm with intimate, modern luxury. Located in the heart of Niagara Falls, the property was once a flour mill and now offers guests cozy, inviting spaces, including fireplaces, a café, and an atmospheric bar. The Inn features a scratch kitchen focused on authentic, seasonal, elevated comfort food, and a Fallsview Marketplace that showcases artisanal products and unique finds. Throughout the year, guests enjoy themed pop-up experiences such as The Jingle Bar, Cupid’s Lounge, Winterfest Dome & Cabins, and the Summer Market Series. The hotel is dedicated to creating memorable, inspiring experiences through thoughtful design, food, drink, and welcoming ambiance.

Role Description The Retail Associate is a temporary to part time, on-site role based at Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel in Niagara Falls, ON. Experience delivering customer-focused service and enhancing overall customer experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
Ability to manage inventory, including restocking, tracking product levels, and maintaining organized displays.
Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests, teammates, and leadership.
Previous experience in retail, boutique hotel, or hospitality environments is an asset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role with varying seasonal demands and events.
Basic point-of-sale (POS) and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
