On the culinary side, our collaborative kitchen team puts a fresh spin on old favourites, creating a playful, ever-evolving menu that naturally reflects the seasons - without needing to say it.

At Bridgette Bar Toronto, every detail is designed to bring people together over great food, great drinks, and great energy.

Assist with food running, making sure plates reach the right guest without auctioning
Clear and reset tables promptly to keep seating flowing
Keep sections and service stations clean, stocked and free of clutter
Monitor food presentation and quality standards

All shifts

Check in on guests’ dining experience and respond to any requests promptly and courteously
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Support the team wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly, as directed by the manager in charge
Perform other duties as required
