The role, your impact
- Lead, coach, and engage a team of functional analysts;
- Plan and coordinate the team’s activities and deliverables;
- Foster strong collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and the system integrator;
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP, peripheral systems, and legacy systems;
- Drive the resolution of functional, technical, and integration issues;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with project requirements;
- Support project governance and present progress updates to steering committees;
- Challenge proposed solutions to ensure they fully meet defined functional and technical requirements.
You are a collaborative and engaging leader who thrives in complex transformation environments and knows how to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
You Bring
- Significant experience leading teams of functional analysts as part of a large-scale ERP implementation;
- End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment;
- A strong understanding of ERP-supported business processes and their interdependencies;
- Experience working closely with system integrators;
- Strong leadership skills, combined with excellent communication, problem-solving, and priority-management abilities;
- A degree in information technology, project management, finance, business administration, or a related field;
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of functional analysts delivering the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring quality, integration, and alignment with project requirements. Collaborate across business and IT teams and with the system integrator, resolve project issues, and support governance and steering committee updates.
Requirements
Requires significant experience leading functional analyst teams on large-scale ERP implementations, including end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in manufacturing. Candidates should understand ERP-supported business processes, have experience with system integrators, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, hold a degree in a relevant field, and be proficient in spoken and written French and English.
