Original job description

Join Olymel - Innovation, Quality, and Sustainable Growth!

At Olymel, we believe in innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated by the challenge of developing effective strategies, improving internal processes, and fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment, this opportunity is for you!

Why choose Olymel?

Career Growth: Develop your skills and progress in an environment that values personal and professional development.

Corporate Culture: Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where every contribution is valued.

Innovation: Participate in innovative projects that have a real impact on the organization.

What if your next IT challenge gave you the opportunity to lead without ever stepping away from the technical side?

Strong infrastructure does more than support an organization: it enables it to move forward, innovate, and perform at its best. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager who combines advanced technical expertise with hands-on leadership to develop a team of specialists and drive the evolution of critical IT environments.

The role, your impact

Approximately 850 virtual servers across some 40 sites. Hybrid environments spanning data centres and the cloud. An infrastructure where performance, resilience, and disaster recovery are daily priorities. And concrete initiatives to take our infrastructure to the next level, including centralized monitoring, automation, standardization, and platform modernization.

What Makes This Role Exciting

You are the team’s technical authority, the person others turn to for complex incidents and root cause analysis.
You lead a team of specialists while staying close to the action: you provide guidance, equip your team for success, and roll up your sleeves when it matters.
You will lead a major initiative from day one: deploying a management platform across the entire infrastructure, from monitoring through automated remediation.
You make automation part of the team’s mindset, leveraging scripting, standardization, and tools to improve reliability.
You will be part of a well-structured IT organization, surrounded by specialized teams you can rely on, from end-user support and industrial IT to cybersecurity.

Your assets for the role

You are recognized for both your technical expertise and your ability to develop and lead a team. Large-scale virtualized server environments, directory and identity services, modern storage, backup, and disaster recovery are part of your day-to-day world. You are comfortable working with hybrid cloud environments and desktop virtualization. Your instinct is to dig into the root cause and automate wherever possible.

Ready for the challenge? Join us and help build a high-performing, secure IT infrastructure designed for what comes next.

Permanent full-time position

Hybrid work model
On-call support, as required

Here's Everything Olymel Has To Offer

A competitive annual salary, to be discussed based on your experience
A truly family-like work environment
Personalized support for your training and skills development
An attractive certification program
A service recognition program
A comprehensive compensation package and a range of competitive benefits
Attractive corporate discounts
A company committed to sustainable development, that creates and markets quality products, promotes animal welfare, responsible sourcing, reduces its environmental impact, and gives back to the communities where it operates through various programs, including “Ensemble on redonne”.

Thank you for your consideration.
