- To coordinate, supervise and schedule the activities of the production employee
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other units
- Minimum of three (3) year’s experience in a similar position in the food industry

- Ensure production requirements are achieved while meeting quality, yield, efficiency and food / employee safety standards
- Effectively motivate and direct employees by facilitating/ mentoring continuous improvement
- Review production schedule for manpower and staffing requirements
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Prepare production reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform / organize employee job training and team meetings to ensure efficient and safe task performance
- Understand and follow all aspects of the Collective Agreement, and deal with grievances at the primary stage

Responsibilities
Coordinate, supervise, and schedule production activities to meet production requirements, quality, yield, efficiency, and safety standards. Direct and train employees, resolve work problems, prepare production reports, manage materials and supplies, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requires at least three years of experience in a similar role in the food industry, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
