You embrace change, encourage new ideas, and are comfortable using data and technology to drive improvements. Most importantly, you're a supportive coach and confident leader who can guide a team through growth while fostering a positive, engaged, and results-driven culture.

Support the implementation and adoption of digital quality systems, reporting tools, and innovative technologies to improve departmental effectiveness.
Guide the team through organizational growth and operational change through effective communication, coaching, and employee development.
Oversee quality training initiatives, including new hire orientation, quality updates, and annual Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training.
