If you are passionate about workplace wellbeing, love bringing evidence-informed ideas to life at a global scale, and are energized by influencing senior leaders, this is an opportunity to shape how our people thrive at work, at home and in our communities.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders to set and implement wellbeing goals and plans informed by workforce data and employee insights.

Build strong relationships with the Chief Medical Officer, the Wellness Centre, external networks and strategic partners to align and amplify wellbeing impact.

Collaborate across HR to embed wellbeing into broader people priorities and share best practices.

Data, Measurement & Reporting

Leverage people analytics to set metrics, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and report on wellbeing outcomes.

Create and present business materials for senior leaders, the Senior Leadership Committee and Board-level audiences to inform strategic decisions.

Strong data analytics and program evaluation skills, with experience using people data, reporting and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and external partners and present clearly to executive and Board-level audiences.

In-depth knowledge of health and wellness programs - including mental health, chronic illness prevention and Employee and Family Assistance Programs - and global wellbeing practices.

Preferred Skills & Experience

University degree or diploma in health, social sciences, human resources, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in wellbeing, health promotion, or related HR roles.

Experience managing vendor relationships, including sourcing, service oversight and performance evaluation.
