Collaborate across HR to embed wellbeing into broader people priorities and share best practices.

Leverage people analytics to set metrics, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and report on wellbeing outcomes.

Create and present business materials for senior leaders, the Senior Leadership Committee and Board-level audiences to inform strategic decisions.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and external partners and present clearly to executive and Board-level audiences.

In-depth knowledge of health and wellness programs - including mental health, chronic illness prevention and Employee and Family Assistance Programs - and global wellbeing practices.

Preferred Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in wellbeing, health promotion, or related HR roles.
