Job Description

Coordinator

As a Coordinator, Performance, you will support the execution and delivery of paid media campaigns across key social, search and programmatic platforms . You will play a foundational role in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting while building a strong understanding of platform capabilities, audience targeting, and performance measurement.

What You’ll Do

Support campaign setup, trafficking, and launch across paid social platforms
Conduct QA to ensure accuracy in campaign structure, naming conventions, and tracking
Monitor daily pacing and delivery, flagging any issues proactively
Execute basic optimizations including budget adjustments, bid changes, and creative rotation
Pull and organize performance data for reporting and analysis
Assist in identifying performance trends and escalating insights to the team
Support billing processes, including data entry and reconciliation (e.g. Prisma)
Maintain campaign documentation, taxonomy, and best practice adherence
Monitor platform updates, trends, and competitive activity

About You

0–2 years experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising
Foundational understanding of paid platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with data and Excel
Eager to learn and grow within paid social, search and programmatic activation
Strong communication and time management skills
