YOUR MANDATE

You will join the Creo team as a Project Coordinator, supporting influencer marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Creo solutions to clients across Canada. You will also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of content creator programs and maintain a consistently high level of quality week after week.

This position is available in Montreal or Toronto.

On a Day-to-day Basis, You Will

Manage interagency relationships by collaborating with cross-functional teams to fully understand client objectives, target audiences, and influencer marketing needs.
Use our proprietary technology to identify the most relevant content creators for each campaign.
Research, identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
Manage campaigns end-to-end by preparing briefs, coordinating content calendars, overseeing product shipments, organizing campaign-related travel and events, and tracking deliverables.
Support contract negotiations, ensure contract compliance, manage invoices, and track campaign budgets.
Track campaign performance by analyzing key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.) and contribute to the optimization of future strategies.
Prepare performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure the success of integrated campaigns.

We Want To Know You If You Have

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience in account management and client servicing, ideally with large advertisers.
Strong proficiency in major social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
A strong understanding of the social media landscape, digital trends, and influencer marketing.
Strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfort with data analysis and interpreting results to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, but not required.

Vous vous joindrez à l’équipe Creo à titre de coordonnateur.rice de projets, afin de soutenir les programmes de marketing d’influence. Au Quotidien, Tu

Gèreras les relations interagences en collaborant avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin de bien comprendre les objectifs des clients, leur public cible et leurs besoins en marketing d'influence.
Utiliseras notre technologie propriétaire pour identifier les créateurs de contenu les plus pertinents pour chaque campagne.
Rechercheras, identifieras, évalueras et développeras des relations avec des influenceurs et créateurs de contenu.
Coordonneras les campagnes de A à Z en préparant les briefs, en gérant les calendriers de contenu, les envois de produits, les déplacements et les événements liés aux campagnes, tout en assurant le suivi des livrables.
Participeras aux négociations contractuelles, assureras le suivi des contrats, des factures et des budgets de campagne.
Effectueras le suivi des performances des campagnes en analysant les principaux indicateurs (engagement, portée, retour sur investissement, etc.) et contribueras à l'optimisation des stratégies futures.
Prépareras des rapports de performance destinés aux clients et aux parties prenantes.
Participeras à l'organisation d'événements et d'activations mettant en vedette des influenceurs et créateurs de contenu.

On Veut Te Connaitre Si Tu As

Un baccalauréat en marketing, en communications, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
2 à 3 ans d'expérience en marketing numérique, en marketing d'influence ou dans un rôle similaire.
De l'expérience en gestion de comptes et en accompagnement de clients, idéalement auprès de grands annonceurs.
Une maîtrises des principales plateformes sociales telles que Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, ou d'autres plateformes similaires.
Une excellente compréhension de l'univers des médias sociaux, des tendances numériques et du marketing d'influence.
Des solides compétences en gestion de projets, ton sens de l'organisation et ta capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
De l'aisance avec l'analyse de données et l'interprétation des résultats afin de mesurer et optimiser la performance des campagnes.
