Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the SEO Analyst is responsible for the overall account performance and execution, as well as mentoring and training junior employees. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Account Managers to provide insights that inform request for proposals (RFPs), decks, and proposals.
- Develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services.
- Be an expert in SEO capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their overall digital media strategy.
- Manage and oversee account set up and execution.
- Ensure consistency of SEO recommendations and objectives.
- Ability to direct site tagging strategy, and successfully manage SEO accounts.
- Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.
- Educate agency teams and clients on best practices.
- Monitor the goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s) for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of recommendations.
- Create strong collaborative relationships with the planning teams and specialty business units (SBUs).
- Mentor and train Campaign Managers and Associates on tools and processes.
- Partner with Account Managers to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required.
- Oversee the execution of the SEO strategy - regularly evaluate performance, proactively optimize, provide post reports and ensure flawless setup and digital activation.
Qualifications
- Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application)
- Mid-Intermediate level of experience in digital media.
- Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.
- Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
- Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels.
- Understanding trafficking and website tagging processes an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources.
- Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
- Passion for continuous development.
- Client service oriented.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, SEMRush, Moz, ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, etc
Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000
