This is a hands-on, 360-degree role that combines business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, converting prospects into active staffing accounts, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet their workforce requirements.

Candidates with previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment sales, B2B sales, or business development are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales

Identify and generate new business opportunities with companies requiring staffing solutions.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, in-person visits, and other sales activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across relevant industries.
Present our staffing services, understand client workforce needs, and develop new business relationships.
Conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, negotiate terms where appropriate, and support the onboarding of new client accounts.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account growth.

Recruitment & Client Fulfilment

Understand client job requirements, staffing needs, and hiring timelines.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client vacancies.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support placements.
Work closely with clients to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is essential.
Experience working in a staffing agency or recruitment firm is strongly preferred.
Understanding of the staffing or recruitment sales cycle, from prospecting and client acquisition to candidate placement, is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and proactively approaching new clients.
Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and business development activities.
Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and recruitment or customer relationship management systems is an asset.
