Finance Manager

We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month-end close and contractor reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full month-end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations
• Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Run bi-weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements
• Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments
• Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings
• Calculate and process monthly commissions

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
• Post secondary education in a related field is an asset
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
• Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment is a definite asset
• Precise, polished and accountable
