About the Role

We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month-end close and contractor reporting.

What You’ll Do

Manage the full month-end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations
Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
Run bi-weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements
Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments
Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings
Calculate and process monthly commissions

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
Post secondary education in a related field is an asset
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment is a definite asset
Precise, polished and accountable

Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close, daily bank reconciliations and cash flow summaries, and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports across more than 12 locations. Requirements

Applicants should have at least three years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, hands-on ADP payroll experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Related post-secondary education and experience in healthcare or a multi-site environment are assets; strong organization, independence, accountability, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines are expected.
