We’re on the lookout for an ACD Art Director to join our team:

We’re looking for an Art Director with serious conceptual chops, sharp execution, and a hunger to make work that gets noticed. We care about big thinking, fearless craft, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.

About you:

6+ years of agency experience and a strong portfolio.
Experience concepting and delivering campaigns across TV, digital, social, OOH, experiential, and more.
You think strategically, execute beautifully, and always push for the strongest idea.
You’re proactive, collaborative, and know how to lead without ego.
You’re confident in the room with clients, and know how to sell work that’s bold and smart.

About the role:

We’re looking for an ambitious ACD Art Director to help us with our big creative ambitions. You’ll lead the creative on a variety of high-profile campaigns from pitch to final delivery. Some big budget, some more scrappy. You’ll be surrounded by a team of amazing talented people who all want to do great work.

About us:

We’re an independent advertising agency that puts people first on our team and in the work. Collaboration is baked into our culture, and we believe great ideas come from everywhere. We value kindness, creative bravery, and rolling up our sleeves when the work calls for it. We have big ambitions and great momentum and recently won Canada’s Small Agency of the Year. Our senior team leads with heart, and we genuinely believe in work-life balance. Plus: competitive comp, full benefits, and a workplace where you’re encouraged to grow. If you’re looking for a place to lead, produce, and make awesome things with awesome people, let’s talk.
