La ressource utilisera également des outils de développement assisté par l’intelligence artificielle afin d’accélérer la programmation, les essais, la documentation et l’analyse du code. Elle devra toutefois réviser et valider systématiquement les résultats générés afin d’en assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la maintenabilité.

Responsabilités

Analyser les besoins fonctionnels et les traduire en solutions techniques robustes et évolutives;
Concevoir, développer et maintenir les composantes frontales et dorsales des applications;

Analyser et documenter les formulaires, requêtes, rapports, macros, modules VBA, données et règles d’affaires de l’application Access;
Participer à la conception et au développement de la nouvelle solution appelée à remplacer l’application existante;
Contribuer à la préparation, à la validation et à l’exécution de la migration des données;
Réaliser les essais unitaires et participer aux essais d’intégration et de régression;
Appliquer les pratiques DevSecOps, de sécurité applicative, d’intégration continue et de livraison continue;
Utiliser les outils d’intelligence artificielle pour soutenir le développement, tout en exerçant un jugement critique sur les résultats produits;
Documenter les solutions et assurer un transfert structuré des connaissances à l’équipe interne;
Collaborer avec le responsable de produit, l’analyste fonctionnel, l’architecte logiciel et les autres membres de l’équipe.

Qualifications

Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans une discipline pertinente, ou combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée équivalente. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;
Minimum de sept années d’expérience pertinente en analyse, conception, développement et maintenance de solutions logicielles;
Expérience significative en développement full stack dans des environnements applicatifs complexes;
Expérience démontrée dans le soutien ou la maintenance d’applications Microsoft Access;
Expérience en modernisation, en refonte ou en remplacement progressif d’une application patrimoniale;
Expérience de travail au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires utilisant une approche agile;
