Le(la) Conseiller(ère) en architecture de solutions conçoit des solutions répondant aux besoins d’affaires dans les projets qui capitalisent sur les cibles d’architecture et les fondations et contribue à assurer une veille active des occasions offertes par les nouvelles technologies ou les nouvelles approches d’affaires.

Le(la) Conseiller(ère) devra répondre à différents besoins d’affaires, s’assurer de l'arrimage des solutions à l’architecture existante ainsi qu’aux orientations cibles et également de produire les différents livrables d’architecture. L’architecte travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les intervenants du domaine d’affaires, les gestionnaires et les membres de l’escouade et/ou du projet.

Responsabilités

Identifier et décrire les capacités fonctionnelles requises pour supporter les besoins d’affaires exprimés;
Déterminer les applications qui seront utilisées et les impacts dans les solutions retenues;
Élaborer les orientations TI pour les solutions retenues;
Expérience dans la réalisation de dossiers d’architecture de solutions, incluant la couverture des requis non-fonctionnels;;
Collaborer étroitement avec l’escouade ou l’équipe projet dans le processus de conception de solutions;
Décrire les solutions sous forme de schémas d’architecture;
Élaborer la stratégie de transition, de cohabitation, de conversion et de délestage lorsque requis;
Être en mesure de communiquer à différents auditoires (analystes d’affaire, analystes fonctionnels ou organiques, développeurs, architectes de solutions et logiciels, scrum master, chargé de livraison, gestionnaires, …);
Connaître et appliquer les normes et les standards en vigueur afin de concevoir des solutions conformes respectant les orientations du l'entreprise.

Qualifications

Un minimum de huit ans d'expérience pertinente, dont cinq ans d'expérience en architecture de solutions;
Connaissance du formalisme Archimate ( ou BiZZdesign) et des outils Casewise, Confluence, Power BI et Suite Office 365;
Expertise en communication et rédaction pour un niveau exécutif et dans un rôle d'influence;
Expertise de travail comportant de multiples parties prenantes, incluant des projets de grande envergure;
Expertise de travail dans l'incertitude et l'ambiguïté;
Compréhension et maitrise et expérience avec les concepts infonuagiques +;
Expérience dans le domaine Bancaire ou financier, un atout très important;
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
