Architecte de solutions expérimenté(e) possédant une double expertise en Python et en intelligence artificielle, ainsi qu’une solide maîtrise de la programmation assistés par l'IA. Capable de concevoir des architectures innovantes et de diriger une équipe de développeurs dans un environnement agile et international, tout en assurant une qualité de code élevée et une maintenabilité à long terme.

Vous travaillerez en mode agile, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produits et Innovation, ainsi qu’avec les équipes d’affaires et TI des autres divisions de l'entreprise. Vous participerez activement au développement des solutions tout en accompagnant et en faisant évoluer les compétences des développeurs Python et IA de l’équipe.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception des architectures de solutions d’intelligence artificielle, l’intégration des grands modèles de langage (LLM) et des technologies d’apprentissage automatique et profond (ML/DL), ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de développement assisté par l’IA. Expert(e) reconnu(e) en programmation assistée par l'IA, vous maîtrisez les outils d’IA générative (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) afin d’accélérer le développement tout en garantissant la robustesse architecturale et la maintenabilité des solutions. Vous serez également en mesure de former et d’accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption de ces nouvelles méthodes de travail.

Responsabilités

Participer activement aux ateliers avec les équipes TI et d’affaires et contribuer aux décisions d’architecture;
Concevoir des architectures de solutions IA évolutives et robustes (LLM, ML/DL, pipelines de données);
Assumer la responsabilité des modules critiques des projets : architecture, conception, développement, essais et mise en production;
Encadrer et coacher les développeurs Python et IA (révision de code, programmation en binôme, transfert de connaissances);
Former et accompagner les équipes sur les techniques de programmation assistée par l'IA et l’utilisation optimale des outils d’IA;
Élaborer une bibliothèque de requêtes (prompts) réutilisables et de bonnes pratiques pour le développement assisté par l’IA;
Définir et déployer les normes de développement Python et les meilleures pratiques en intelligence artificielle;
Assurer une communication technique continue avec les membres de l’équipe et les parties prenantes;
Produire une documentation d’architecture complète (ADR – Architecture Decision Records, diagrammes, modèles d’architecture, choix techniques);
Documenter en détail les bonnes pratiques techniques et méthodologiques;
Mettre en œuvre et automatiser les tests (pytest, unittest, tests d’intégration, tests de modèles IA);
Contribuer à la stratégie MLOps et à l’industrialisation des solutions IA;
Optimiser les performances et les coûts des solutions IA (latence, débit, coûts d’API);
Effectuer une veille technologique et formuler des recommandations sur l’évolution de l’écosystème Python et IA;
Évaluer et comparer les nouveaux outils, cadres de développement (frameworks) et modèles d’intelligence artificielle afin d’améliorer la productivité;
Animer des séances de partage des connaissances sur l’IA et la programmation assistée par l'IA.

Qualifications

Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en développement Python, incluant une solide expérience en architecture de solutions IA/ML;
Expérience significative à titre de chef(fe) de file technique en IA, notamment en accompagnement d’équipes et en développement des compétences;
Expertise démontrée et reconnue en programmation assistés par l'IA, avec une utilisation avancée d’outils d’IA tels que GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude et ChatGPT;
Capacité à former et conseiller les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques du développement assisté par l’intelligence artificielle;
Expertise éprouvée en architecture de solutions IA/ML et en intégration de modèles IA en production;
Maîtrise avancée de Python 3.8+ et des meilleures pratiques de génie logiciel;
Expertise des cadres de développement ML/DL : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn et Hugging Face Transformers;
Solide expérience des LLM : ajustement de modèles (fine-tuning), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), ingénierie de requêtes (prompt engineering), agents IA et orchestration;
Maîtrise des technologies modernes : FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Streamlit et Gradio;
Connaissance des architectures de microservices, des API REST/GraphQL, ainsi que des architectures événementielles et orientées données;
Expérience des plateformes infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP) et des services IA infonuagiques (SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI, Bedrock);
Connaissance approfondie des technologies MLOps et des pipelines CI/CD appliqués aux modèles d’IA;
Maîtrise des bases de données SQL, NoSQL et des bases de données vectorielles (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus);
Expertise en DevOps, automatisation des essais et conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes);
Expérience en ingénierie des données et en pipelines de données (Airflow, Spark, Kafka);
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de versions et de collaboration (Git, GitLab, GitHub);
Atout : connaissance de Java et Spring afin d’interagir avec des systèmes existants (legacy systems);
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
