Description Du Poste

Le(la) chargée de projet sénior est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi des activités liées à un projet d'envergure. Le projet à haut niveau stratégique visant l’implantation d’une solution intégrée pour l’ensemble de l'organisme, évolue dans un contexte organisationnel complexe et hautement réglementé, nécessitant un suivi rigoureux et une forte capacité de coordination.

Responsabilités

Coordonner les travaux entre les équipes d'affaires, les partenaires et les fournisseurs, anime des ateliers de travail;
Assurer le suivi des requis fonctionnels, des enjeux et des dépendances, et veiller à l'avancement des livrables dans le respect des échéanciers;
Participer aux travaux de validations, aux tests et à la gestion des demandes opérationnelles;
Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de portée, d’échéancier, de budget, de qualité et de gestion des risques, tout en favorisant l’adhésion des parties prenantes opérationnelles et technologiques.

Qualifications

Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;
Posséder au moins QUINZE (15) années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information
Posséder au moins CINQ (5) années d’expérience acquises au cours des DIX (10) dernières années, à titre de chargé de projets senior en technologies de l’information
Être intervenu dans au moins TROIS (3) mandats de CINQ MILLE (5 000) jours/personne réalisés au cours des HUIT (8) dernières années, où il était nécessaire de composer avec des préoccupations de nature technologique et spécifique à plusieurs unités administratives d’une même organisation ou dans des organisations différentes, et ce, dans un contexte semblable à la VPTI;
Maîtrise avancée de la langue française parlée et écrite;
Minimum de 20 ans d'expérience comme chargé de projet (peut inclure des années comme directeurs ou chef de projet);
Expérience démontrée dans au moins deux projets d'implantation ou de modernisation de système ERP de grande envergure, idéalement liés à la mise en place de systèmes financiers et d'approvisionnement dans des services de santé;
Expérience en coordination multidisciplinaire impliquant des équipes métiers, techniques, fournisseurs et partenaires externes;
Maîtrise des pratiques de gestion de projet, des risques, des dépendances et demandes de changement;
Capacité à analyser, documenter et assurer le suivi de requis fonctionnels;
Excellentes compétences en communication, animation d’ateliers, préparation d'ordres du jour, production de comptes rendus et gestion des parties prenantes

Atouts

Certification PMI PMP et/ou PMI-ACP
Certification en agilité
Niveau senior dans la réalisation de mandats stratégiques, acquis dans un contexte comparable à la VPTI ou au sein d’une organisation de l’envergure de Santé Québec
Connaissance du domaine de la santé
Expérience spécifique dans la gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFE) ou dans des approches hybrides (Agile + Waterfall)
