Represent the organization professionally at community meetings, networking opportunities, and partnership development activities.
Operate and maintain the program vehicle in accordance with organizational policies and transportation regulations.
Complete vehicle inspections, travel logs, maintenance reporting, fueling, and cleanliness requirements.
Ensure participant safety during transportation, boarding, unloading, and throughout all program activities.
Develop pick-up and drop-off schedules and routes that prioritize participant safety and accessibility.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments before and during outings and adapt activities as required due to weather, road conditions, wildfire smoke, emergencies, or participant needs.
Maintain current knowledge of emergency procedures and respond effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Complete incident reports and communicate safety concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, program activities, statistics, evaluations, and reports.
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, grant reporting, and program outcome measurement as required.
Participate in program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Complete required documentation and administrative duties in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
Engage in professional development opportunities, community networks, and training related to healthy aging, recreation programming, transportation safety, and community engagement.
