One of our client is looking to add a ServiceNow Tech Lead to their team who has 10+ years of experience

Its a hybrid role like 2 days onsite per week based in Greater Toronto Area.

Tech Skills:

  1. ServiceNow Experience (ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery etc.) at a large scale organization - they are currently supporting 700 service maps
  2. ServiceNow implementation experience and operational experience
  3. HAM Experience
  4. SAM Experience
  5. JAMF and Intune experience

Soft Skills:

  1. Experience working within financial services or banking or nice to have
  2. Experience reviewing and understanding audit reports to make changes to the environment
  3. Professionally mature, mentor, speak with authority, lots of experience to gain the respect of the team. Thinks ahead, helps them to plan, helps them to understand what the auditors want

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow technical work and support a large-scale environment that currently includes 700 service maps. Review audit reports and guide changes to the environment while mentoring the team and helping plan for audit expectations.

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of experience and extensive ServiceNow implementation and operational experience, including ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, HAM, and SAM. JAMF and Intune experience is also sought; financial services or banking experience is preferred, along with professional maturity, mentoring ability, and confidence working with auditors and teams.
