YOUR IMPACT
A Senior VIM Consultant at OpenText is more than a functional consultant. This is an opportunity to help organizations modernize and optimize their Accounts Payable operations through intelligent invoice automation solutions. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Procure-to-Pay processes and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions to deliver impactful business outcomes, streamline financial operations, and drive digital transformation initiatives for leading organizations across industries.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Partner with customers to analyze, design, and optimize Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes using OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and blueprint workshops, guiding stakeholders toward best-practice invoice processing strategies and solution designs.
• Configure and implement OpenText VIM solutions that align with customer business requirements while maximizing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver enhancements, customizations, and integrations that support complex business environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve solution challenges throughout implementation lifecycles, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a trusted customer-facing consultant, providing expert recommendations and delivering presentations to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively across project teams, occasionally leading smaller workstreams while ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO and MM solutions, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable processes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience concepts.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Canada, the United States, and occasionally internationally based on customer and project needs.

Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
