Position Summary

The Marketing Manager, Growth & Client Engagement is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and generate demand across key markets. Acting as a strategic partner to both clients and internal stakeholders, this role works closely with sales and business leaders to create marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This position combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, business development support, and client-facing relationship management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in building marketing plans, creating sales-enablement initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and participating in client conversations to identify growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support client growth, brand visibility, and revenue objectives.
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, events, and thought leadership channels.
Partner with sales teams to develop marketing programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies, campaign plans, and performance frameworks aligned to business objectives.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and marketing performance data to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Identify industry trends, competitive insights, and market opportunities that inform growth strategies.

Sales Enablement & Business Development Support

Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Create sales-enablement materials including presentations, case studies, collateral, campaigns, and client-facing content.
Support proposal development, RFP responses, client pitches, and strategic presentations.
Assist in nurturing prospective client relationships through targeted marketing programs and campaigns.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted marketing advisor for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and growth priorities.
Lead regular client discussions focused on marketing strategy, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide proactive recommendations that support business objectives.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, high-quality execution, and measurable outcomes.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

Campaign & Project Execution

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through launch and measurement.
Coordinate with internal creative, operations, recruiting, and leadership teams to deliver marketing programs on time and within budget.
Manage content development, digital marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure marketing activities align with brand standards and business objectives.

Industry Presence & Brand Development

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client meetings.
Support thought leadership initiatives that position the organization as a trusted industry partner.
Contribute ideas and strategies that strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
Build and maintain relationships within industry communities to identify opportunities and generate new business.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Strong experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and reporting/dashboard tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data tracking, and ROI measurement.
High attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Experience in professional services or law firm environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, business development support, account management, or related field.
Proven experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, email marketing, events, and campaign analytics.
Experience partnering directly with sales teams and supporting client acquisition or business growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
Experience creating executive presentations, proposals, sales materials, and client-facing content.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
Experience working in a professional services, legal services, consulting, BPO, technology, or business services environment preferred.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
