Data & Financial Analysis: Integrate data from ERP, HR, and other reporting systems to develop financial models, analyze performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights.
Variance Analysis & Executive Insights: Consolidate and validate financial performance and prepare variance commentary, executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
R&D Cost Analysis: Analyze Development spending across hyperscaler cloud infrastructure, third-party royalties, internal and external labor, supporting software, and other key R&D cost categories.
Business Partnership: Partner with Product Development leaders, Accounting, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support financial performance, close processes, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
Strategic & Ad-Hoc Support: Provide financial analysis and insights for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and evolving business needs while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What You Need to Succeed

5+ years of progressive Finance experience, preferably in FP&A with strong business partnership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills with experience using AI, ERP/financial reporting systems, Power BI, and Tableau.
Technology or software development industry experience preferred.
Strong judgment with the ability to independently identify priorities, develop informed recommendations, and drive initiatives through completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Proactive and adaptable self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
