Make informed and timely decisions by gathering input from others and considering client needs.
Communicate project information effectively to the manager, team, and clients, sharing relevant insights.
Demonstrate proficiency in consistently delivering high-quality code, translating business requirements into simple projects, navigating large code bases, and debugging other people's code.
Possess 2-5 years of previous professional experience.
