Work on enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies across a diverse technology landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, database, security, and external vendors, to deliver business solutions.
Lead modernization and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Influence application architecture, technical design decisions, and best practices for enterprise systems.
Expand your technical expertise while contributing to continuous improvement, release management, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed

8+ years of enterprise software development and application support experience.
Hands-on experience with one or more of ServiceNow, Oracle B2C Service, Siebel CRM, Zendesk, or OpenText Service Management.
Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, web services, relational databases, SQL, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multiple customer service or ITSM platforms.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, automation, and DevOps practices.
Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations.
