About the role

As an Account Executive for our ONE product, you'll help hotels solve one of the industry's biggest challenges: reducing dependence on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and increasing profitable direct bookings. Working closely with our GTM Team, you'll take qualified opportunities (SQLs) and guide them through a consultative buying journey from discovery to close. You'll work with hotel owners, operators, and revenue leaders to understand their property goals, quantify the cost of OTA dependency, and demonstrate how Operto ONE helps properties capture more direct revenue while delivering a seamless guest experience.

This isn't a transactional sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping hospitality leaders rethink their guest acquisition strategy and build a stronger, more profitable direct channel.

The ideal candidate is a confident, self-motivated seller who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You're curious,, and motivated by solving customer problems, building lasting relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets This role requires to be on site Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

What You’ll Do

Convert qualified opportunities into customers: Partner with SDRs and the Sales Manager to rapidly engage Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), conduct discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, review terms, and close new business.
Sell outcomes, not software: Help hotel operators understand the financial impact of OTA commissions and build a compelling ROI around increasing direct bookings through Operto ONE.
Run executive-level discovery: Engage General Managers, Revenue Directors, Marketing teams, and Ownership groups to understand occupancy goals, distribution strategy, guest acquisition costs, and operational priorities.
Deliver personalized product demonstrations: Show how Operto ONE enables hotels to own more of the guest journey from booking through arrival while reducing reliance on third party channels.
Build business cases: Quantify revenue opportunities, calculate savings from reduced OTA commissions, and demonstrate measurable ROI for every prospect.
Own pipeline and forecasting: Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, Customer Success to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
Bring market insights back to the business: Share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging hospitality trends that help shape Operto ONE's product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Who you are

1-2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals. Hospitality tech is a plus!
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
Excellent written and oral communication and active listening skills.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer goals and business challenges.
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities while maintaining an accurate forecast and organized pipeline.
Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership, while also working as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with Hubspot or a comparable CRM platform.
Curious about technology and always looking for new ways to improve how you sell.

CAD: $75,000K - 90,000K base + commissions.
