As we continue to grow our Head Office team, we are seeking accomplished professionals who bring client trust, analytical rigor, and a strong commitment to long-term client relationships.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client-Facing Portfolio Manager to join our Portfolio Management and Financial Advisory Team at our Toronto headquarters. This is a client-facing role for an accomplished professional with strong technical knowledge across investments, financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted representative to clients, providing thoughtful portfolio guidance and sophisticated wealth management solutions tailored to individual needs.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced financial professional who is looking to join a dynamic and growing firm where they can continue to build their career, deepen client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to a high-performance team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct meaningful client conversations by phone to understand financial goals, priorities, and evolving needs.
Present and recommend tailored investment solutions aligned with each client’s objectives, risk profile, and broader financial picture.
Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships as a dedicated financial representative and portfolio manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and coordinated wealth management experience.
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm through exceptional client service, professionalism, and expertise.

Qualifications

Completion of the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation and/or CFA Level 1.
Licensed as a Portfolio Manager for discretionary or managed accounts with a CIRO-regulated investment dealer.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Confident, self-directed, and highly accountable with a strong work ethic.
French language proficiency is an asset.
