What You’ll Bring Data & Reporting Analyst

Options Consulting Solutions is partnering with a respected professional services company to find a Data and Reporting Analyst. In this high-visibility role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leaders while helping shape how the company approaches reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their goals and turn them into clear, accurate reporting solutions
- Build and maintain financial and operational reports and dashboards for clients and management
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and share practical recommendations
- Gather and prepare data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other tools
- Prepare quarterly and annual client presentations, financial templates, and ad hoc analysis
- Check the accuracy of reports and data, resolving any discrepancies before distribution
- Review the work of other analysts for accuracy, completeness, and sound interpretation
- Recommend new tools and approaches that strengthen the company’s reporting capabilities
- Provide financial and analytical support for projects and company initiatives
- Document data sources, requirements, calculations, and processes
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of related experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience extracting data from a complex accounting or ERP system
- Experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, or MDX is an asset
