Options Consulting Solutions is partnering with a respected professional services company to find a Data and Reporting Analyst. In this high-visibility role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leaders while helping shape how the company approaches reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand their goals and turn them into clear, accurate reporting solutions
• Build and maintain financial and operational reports and dashboards for clients and management
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and share practical recommendations
• Gather and prepare data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other tools
• Prepare quarterly and annual client presentations, financial templates, and ad hoc analysis
• Check the accuracy of reports and data, resolving any discrepancies before distribution
• Review the work of other analysts for accuracy, completeness, and sound interpretation
• Recommend new tools and approaches that strengthen the company’s reporting capabilities
• Provide financial and analytical support for projects and company initiatives
• Document data sources, requirements, calculations, and processes

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of related experience, ideally in a professional services environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience extracting data from a complex accounting or ERP system
• Experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, or MDX is an asset
