Original job description

Optis Consulting is growing! We are looking for our next Senior Analyst or Consultant, Change Management to join our teams in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, or New York. You will support client Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations by delivering agile, iterative change programs and executing strategic plans for sustainable adoption.

You will develop targeted communications, build training materials, and deliver training sessions aligned with the S2P transformation vision. Your deep understanding of the client’s industry, key performance drivers, and business trends will help tailor effective change strategies.

Our ideal candidate is a logical, confident, and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in collaboration, navigates ambiguity, and drives meaningful change with passion and ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including SaaS-based solution implementations and transformational change programs.
Identify impacted stakeholder groups across procurement, finance, supply chain, and operations and assess readiness, resistance points, and change impacts to tailor engagement strategies.
Support in the development of structured change management strategies and plans that articulate how change will be managed through communications, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption metrics, and reinforcement activities.
Develop and execute targeted communications to effectively engage stakeholders and support the adoption of change initiatives.
Support creation of role‑based training materials for procurement, accounts payable, business requesters, and suppliers and deliver Super User training and end user training as required.
Deploy Change Readiness surveys to track readiness indicators and mitigate risks.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as determined by Optis.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years’ experience managing change projects; S2P experience a plus.
Experience in our partner platforms: Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ZIP is considered a plus.
Formal knowledge of change management principles and methodologies; Prosci certification preferred.
Strong communication and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
Proven industry-specific experience supporting large transformational change programs and delivering training.
Excellent coaching, motivation, and influencing abilities.

SPECIAL DEMANDS

Ability to travel within the United States and Canada.
Ability to travel up to 35% of your time

COMPENSATION

The advertised compensation represents the top of the band, including variable compensation. The successful candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their experience and qualifications.
