Sales Associate

Job Duties

• Maintain and execute an effective referral program
• Accurately manage client records using OTF sales systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-ups, and customer care calls
• Lead studio tours and previews for prospective members
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and professionally to create a welcoming environment
• Follow daily studio cleaning protocols (pre-, during, and post-shift)
• Participate in 1–2 Orangetheory workouts per week
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/lobby area
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients to drive conversions
• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Ensure proper onboarding of all new members
• Collaborate closely with the fitness team to ensure seamless operations
• Attend and actively participate in all required OTF training sessions

Job Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience preferred (experience in a quota-based role is an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 4:45 AM) and afternoon/evening shifts (close 8 PM)
