What will your responsibilities be?

• Own the full stack. Design, build, and maintain software that supports vital business processes, from first commit to production.
• Innovate. Explore new technologies and approaches, including how AI can revolutionise our workflows, and raise the bar for how we build.
• Work directly with the business users and stakeholders. Turn real business problems into elegant solutions.
• Contribute beyond your own code. Shape design discussions, code reviews, and technical presentations across our global engineering team.

About you

You have strong technical fundamentals and real depth in your own discipline. Experience in our specific tech stack is an asset rather than a necessity. Just as important is the comfort to pick up whatever the problem needs - another part of the stack, or a conversation with the business. Communication, teamwork and problem-solving matter as much as code.

Skills you will develop

• Critical thinking and collaboration. Navigate ambiguous problems, weigh trade-offs, and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Investment and industry knowledge. A practical understanding of investment management and financial services.
• AI-enabled development. Build AI-integrated applications, agents, and workflows, and securely expose business data through MCP servers.
• Full-stack and cloud engineering. C#, React, SQL Server, Snowflake, Kubernetes, AWS, RESTful APIs, and the architecture that ties them together.

Your qualifications & experience

• 2+ years of experience post graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
• Object-oriented programming experience; .NET is an asset, not required.
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you’ll work directly with business users and stakeholders.

What We Offer

The annual base salary for this position will be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, and experience. We offer very competitive total compensation, with strong performers earning higher performance-based bonuses.
