Our operations span four provinces, purpose-built to lead across multiple product formats:

Moncton, New Brunswick: Centre of excellence for indoor cannabis cultivation, R&D, and advanced automation.
Lac-Supérieur, Quebec: Focused on premium flower and traditional hash production.
Winnipeg, Manitoba: Highly automated facility dedicated to edibles and beverage manufacturing.
Aylmer, Ontario: Specializes in infused pre-roll production and automated vape filling.
London, Ontario: Strategic hub for packaging and distribution across all product lines.

The Packaging Associate is responsible for supporting packaging operations in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner while maintaining product quality, accurate documentation, inventory accuracy, and regulatory requirements. This role works collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve production goals in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all Good Production Practices (GPP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Cannabis Act.
Perform packaging activities safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining product quality and meeting production targets.
Complete line clearances, reconciliations, in-process quality checks, and all required documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate production records to support product traceability, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Utilize computers and electronic systems to complete production documentation, access work instructions, record production information, and support daily operations.
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using company inventory management systems.
Verify materials, components, and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy and product traceability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment through proper cleaning, sanitation, material handling, and waste disposal practices.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure product integrity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
Identify and communicate safety, quality, inventory, process, or production concerns in a timely manner and support efforts to resolve issues.
Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple products, processes, and production areas as required.
Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, workplace organization, and operational excellence initiatives.
Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, production, or warehouse environment is considered an asset.
Previous machine operation considered an asset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable using computers, production software, and electronic documentation systems.
Experience with inventory management, ERP, warehouse, or inventory tracking systems is an asset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
Familiarity with GPP, quality systems, and regulated manufacturing environments is an asset.
